Gaernes wrap-around ankle pivot system improves stability, prevents hyperextension and enables flexibility due to its inbuilt lugs. Rubber inner grip guards create better contact with the bike keeping you in control in all conditions. The heavy duty burn guards prevent unwanted hot contact with the exhaust or engine. 4 adjustable and relocatable aluminium buckles provide the excellent fit and easily accommodate for wider calves and knee braces. The dual-composite anti-shock sole is durable while providing excellent grip with an internal heavy-duty shank for arch support. The Fastback has been thoughtfully created to give more for less.

Gaerne Floating System:
The unique Gaerne Floating System is constructed of a carbon composite and allows the foot to move naturally and prevents ankle twisting without compromising flexibility. At the back of the boot, and fixed at two points, the system runs inside two slots that limit movement in both directions preventing hyperextension or compression. While external polyurethane protectors minimize the impact of a fall and facilitate sliding.
